This session examines how findings from NCPG’s Agility Grants program evaluation inform scalable and replicable prevention practices. The program evaluator will describe the evaluation approach and cross-cutting learning kernels identified across funded projects. Agility Grant recipients will then illustrate how these practices were applied in distinct community-based prevention settings, sharing how programs were designed, adapted, and implemented in real-world contexts. Together, presenters will highlight practical strategies that can be adapted across settings while maintaining core prevention principles. Participants will gain practical insights into translating evaluation findings into actionable program design across diverse contexts.
