Cindy Clouner is the Managing Director of the Higher Education Center for Alcohol and Drug Misuse Prevention and Recovery, an academic center at The Ohio State University, where she oversees day-to-day operations and guides its mission to increase the readiness and capacity of professionals nationwide to address substance misuse and high-risk gambling among college students. Before transitioning to the Higher Education Center, Cindy spent eight years coordinating school and community-based prevention in Ohio. She obtained her Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University, is a licensed social worker, and an Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist.
