Marc Lefkowitz, ICGC-II, is a certified gambling counselor since 1998 with over 20 years of experience in treatment, training, and recovery. He served 12 years as Director of Training for the California Council on Problem Gambling and worked with the UCLA Gambling Studies Program. Marc has been a Program Director and consultant for inpatient programs and has delivered responsible gambling training in over 50 California casinos. A nationally recognized speaker, he received California’s Lifetime Achievement Award (2012) and the Jeff Beck National Recovery Award (2021). He works with the Carlsbad Beach Recovery Gambling Program and has been in personal recovery since 1983.
