Jeff Marotta, PhD, has over 30 years of expertise in problem gambling and has authored 200+ scholarly works. He holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is an Internationally Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-II). He is President and Senior Consultant at Problem Gambling Solutions, Inc., supporting program and policy development across the U.S. and internationally. Dr. Marotta co-founded Evive, a digital platform for gambling behavior change, serves as Provisional Graduate Faculty at Pacific University, and is Treasurer of the Oregon Council on Problem Gambling Board.
