Sarah Harlow

Sarah Harlow, MA, PS-C

Sarah Harlow, MA, PS-C has worked in prevention since 2014, with experience spanning youth development, coalition building, and systems-level leadership. As Co-Director of the New England PTTC, she leads training and technical assistance efforts, including advancing the integration of substance use and problem gambling prevention. She has supported statewide infrastructure development, co-developed Against the Odds, and partnered with NCPG councils to deliver regional trainings. Sarah co-chairs a national problem gambling workgroup and co-chairs a NAADAC Prevention Committee. She brings strengths in facilitation, systems thinking, and creative workforce development, with a focus on reducing stigma and strengthening prevention capacity.
