For the past decade, her focus has been on promoting harm minimization in the gambling industry by establishing robust standards and assurance practices globally. Before joining RGC, Tracy held key roles at Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG), developing and evaluating responsible gambling policies. An accomplished presenter and educator, she has led seminars on ESG and CSR, business ethics, and gambling-related topics. Tracy holds an MBA with a specialization in Sustainability and Strategy.
