With over 15 years of experience in capacity development and change management, she is dedicated to addressing community needs through education, a commitment she has demonstrated across the medical, educational, and nonprofit sectors. In her current role, Natalie coordinates and supports key initiatives, including Problem Gambling Service Consultation, Clinical Supervision & Support, and Quality Assurance programs, to ensure service excellence and foster impactful outcomes.
