Jade Luchauer is Senior Manager, Global Sustainability at IGT and leads global responsible gaming strategy for IGT, as well as community engagement and support activities. Her primary responsibilities are to ensure the successful implementation of responsible gaming initiatives that support WLA and G4 certifications and establishing a global community giving and engagement program as part of IGT’s Sustainability Plan. Prior to IGT, she worked in social services where she gained knowledge of the impacts for mental health and addiction on some of the state’s most vulnerable populations. She is the recipient of several responsible gaming accolades, including the 2024 Don Feeney Excellence in Responsible Gaming Award from the National Council on Problem Gambling.
