Andrew Ameen joined the National Council on Problem Gambling in February of 2024. In his role as the Helpline Network Quality Manager, Andrew supports participating contact centers through the accreditation process, maintains network standards, works to expand in-state supports with partners, and works to develop and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the network. Andrew has nearly a decade of experience in social services. This includes time as a frontline worker helping people experiencing homelessness, drug and alcohol treatment, and helpline services.
