Devann McClellan, Program Analyst with the California Friday Night Live Partnership (CFNLP), guides youth development-based programs to success and provides support to 53 counties across California implementing Friday Night Live (FNL). FNL builds partnerships for positive and healthy youth development which engage youth as active leaders in their communities. Devann specializes in facilitation of mini-grant programs through the Office of Problem Gambling and the Office of Traffic Safety. With a BA in Business Management and a MA in Strategic and Organizational Leadership, Devann focuses to bring leadership to the forefront for both youth and adults by speaking and workshop conduction.
