Don Feeney has had a long career as a researcher and policy analyst. For NCPG, he is the principal investigator and author of the three NGAGE surveys, helped create the NCPG/NASPL Lottery Verification Program, and served on the Board of Directors from 2002 to 2016, including two terms as president. He is a co-founder of the Minnesota Alliance on Problem Gambling and has served on its board since the Alliance’s 2001 inception. From 1991 to 2017, Don served as Research and Planning Director at the Minnesota Lottery. He is the 2017 winner of the NCPG’s Lifetime Award for Advocacy.
