Sarah Rye, Specialist within the Michigan Gaming Control Board’s Responsible Gaming Section, has more than 10 years of experience with the gaming regulator and holds a BS in business from Ferris State University. She collaborates with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and Michigan Attorney General in administration of the Problem Gambling Diversion Program. When she is not busy coordinating self-exclusion programs, she is in the community providing resources for responsible gaming and problem gambling. Sarah is a recipient of MGCB’s 2023 Executive Director Award for her contributions to the agency’s mission and Don’t Regret the Bet campaign.
