Kobie holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Counseling and Addiction Studies, and a Doctorate in Human Services and Clinical Supervision. He has researched and written several studies on various chemical and behavioral addictions, including Problem Gambling. Kobie is the Clinical Director for the International Problem Gambling Center, Nevada’s largest behavioral addiction treatment center. He holds several certifications and licenses, including a Nevada state Licensed Alcohol and Drugs Counselor, a Clinical Supervision license for Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors, and a Certified Problem Gambling Counselor.
