Hector G. Garcia is the Inter-Agency Services Expansion Director at the Delaware Council on Gambling Problems. He works as an embedded counselor at several agencies throughout Delaware where he screens for gambling disorder, provides psycho-educational groups, and works with staff to integrate gambling treatment into their services. He has been a treatment provider for the DCGP for the past 23 years, treating gamblers and their families at his office in Dover, and at DCGP’s offices in Wilmington and Georgetown. He is a Delaware certified drug and alcohol counselor and has proudly been supervised by the late Dr. Joseph Ciarrocchi.
