As the Director of Responsible Gaming at MGM Resorts International, Garrett Farnes manages the company’s Responsible Gaming Program and operations for GameSense. In his role, he provides oversight of responsible gaming training, the self-limit/self-exclusion program, and serves as a liaison with regulators and organizations regarding responsible gaming matters nationwide. Additionally, he works in collaboration with external research organizations on projects aimed at advancing responsible gaming best practices, policy, and initiatives. As a graduate of UNLV’s Master of Social Work program, he has over a decade of experience in mental health, public policy, comprehensive program development, and organizational training.
